It should be noted that the average portion of french fries served in fast food chain restaurants contains as much as 117 g.
At the same time, scientists did not find a connection between fried food and deaths from cardiovascular diseases, or from which for some other reason, but this may be due to the small number of people who took part in some of the studies included in the meta-analysis. the total number of calories increases. In addition, fried foods sold in restaurants and cafes often contain industrially produced trans fats.
And with such cooking, hydrogen is added to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid. In the food industry, trans fats are actively used, as they are inexpensive, last a long time, and provide food products with an excellent taste and texture that customers love so much.
