Everyone queues up for these kutabs with cheese and greens

< p>Chebureks are well known to everyone, and now we suggest you try to cook delicious kutabs. The Azerbaijani dish is prepared from fresh dough with a delicious cheese filling. Take the recipe to the culinary piggy bank.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • flour – 300 g;< /li>
  • boiling water – 150 g;
  • oil – 30 g;
  • salt.

Products for cheese and green stuffing:

  • sour milk cheese – 300 g;

  • salt, pepper;

  • butter.

How to cook

We start cooking kutaba by kneading the dough. Boiling water, oil should be poured into the flour, and a pinch of salt should be added. Knead the dough first with a spatula or a spoon, because it is hot, and then you can knead it with your hands on the table. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Cover with a towel, let it stand while you prepare the filling.

For the filling, you need sour milk cheese, but not too sour. Chop the greens and mix. It can be dill, parsley, cilantro, green onions, spinach. Salt a little, sprinkle with ground black pepper. It will be tastier and more aromatic if you add a clove of garlic.

Divide the dough into portions. Roll out each one as thinly as possible. Spread the filling and make kutaba. They are similar in shape to chebureks or dumplings. Fry in oil, but without adding oil. The pan should be dry.

Grease the finished kutabs with butter. Delicious!
