Exotic mango soup: an idea with pepper

Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- ripe mangoes – 3 pcs. .;
- lime – 2 pcs.;
- water – 2 glasses;
- fresh ginger;
- hot chili – 1 pc.;
- salt
How to cook
Mangoes should be peeled and pitted. Cut the fruit into cubes. In general, it is recommended to take 2 chilies for this soup. One should be cleaned of seeds and washed, and the seeds should be left in the second. Squeeze the juice from the limes. Remove the peel from one of them.
Ginger, a small piece, grind and mix with chopped chili with seeds. Add a pinch of salt and zest. Rub them together. A homogeneous mass should be obtained. When grinding, gradually add lime juice.
Now we move on to the mango. You need to beat it in a blender with water and lime juice. Refrigerate.
Serving the dish is simple. Pour mango puree into a plate. Spread the chili paste on top. It is both fruity and spicy. Decorate with rings of chopped chili, which was cleaned from the seeds at the beginning. Delicious!
