Experienced housewives revealed the “secret” of making “unforgettable” cheesecakes

Like the Olympic motto Citius, altius, fortius, culinary professionals say when preparing cheesecakes: “Tastier, more tender, more magnificent.” We will tell you how to prepare the perfect cheese mixture for unforgettable cheesecakes.

To prepare you will need:

  • 5% sour milk cheese – 300 g;
  • wheat flour – 130 g;
  • sugar – 30 g;
  • 1 yolk;
  • butter – 40 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 20 g;
  • salt – 2 g.

How to cook

It is advisable to rub the cheese through a sieve, and when ready, mix it with the yolk, sugar, salt and vanilla.

Approximately 30 g of flour is added to the finished mass, and the rest goes into the breading.

After mixing the mass until smooth, all that remains is to remove the dough to a 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Now we shape the cheesecakes with wet hands, roll them in flour and then think about whether to fry them or bake them in the oven. But it is better to fry them first and then cook them in the oven.

To do this, fry the cheesecakes in a preheated frying pan with oil for about 3 minutes on each side.

Then fold them into a mold and bake the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, pouring sour cream or putting butter.

These cheesecakes are tender and fluffy with a golden crust and, of course, delicious.
