What a sin to hide: in time of self-isolation, many of us have gained a few extra kilograms, thrown off the regime and, most terribly, fell into a state very close to depression. Advice like “get it together, rag” doesn't work.
We need heavy artillery here. Specialists from Ananda in the Himalayas (the best Ayurvedic SPA hotel in India, the former palace of the spiritual mentor – Maharaja, with a special aura) give 5 tips for improving well-being and restoring the body.
- Rinse your mouth with warm sesame oil to strengthen teeth, gums and jaws and to get rid of wrinkles.
- 2-4 drops of warm ghee or sesame oil in each nostril in the morning will clear the sinuses and also improve voice and vision.
- In case of insomnia, drink warm milk with 2-3 saffron threads and cardamom.
- Try to get up as early as possible: sleeping before 9-10 hours is a very bad idea.< /li>
- Before going to bed, devote 10-15 minutes to pranayama and meditation.
