Expert: three mistakes during breakfast spoil health and figure

Breakfast starts too late. For according to Burrell, to maintain a slim figure, it is better to eat breakfast early – it is better if you keep in mind the activity of the metabolism. The expert said that the period from nine to ten in the morning is not the most suitable time for the first meal of the day.
The calorie content of coffee is underestimated. it is better to drink not coffee, but coffee drinks – for example, latte macchiato or cappuccino. But such drinks, consisting of various components, including milk, cream, sugar or other options of sweeteners, contain quite a lot of calories. “Honest” coffee made from ground grains and water can act as an activator of metabolism, but the specified types of drinks based on it do not exactly possess this quality – on the contrary, infatuation with them contributes to weight gain.
The body does not receive enough protein. Susie Burrell recommends eating protein-rich foods in the morning. Dishes with a high carbohydrate content, such as toast or muesli flakes, will not satiate the body until lunch – they contribute to fluctuations in the level of sugar in the blood, due to which there is a strong hunger, increased appetite.
“Make sure that for breakfast you eat at least twenty grams of protein. A good choice would be, for example, two eggs, Greek yogurt or a protein shake,” the nutrition expert advised.
