Experts have compiled a list of products that you should not save on when going to the store. By choosing cheaper analogues of these products, a person can pay with their own health.

To get protein, you should refuse to replace meat with various semi-finished products, for example, sausages. The latter usually contain many additives and few nutrients. If the cost of beef or pork is too much for your budget, you can choose chicken and turkey. Experts also urge you to avoid cheap milk, as this product may contain vegetable fats. In addition, Escherichia coli has been found in it on several occasions.

Good quality olive oil cannot be cheap either, as up to 5 kg of olives are used to produce one liter. If the product is cheaper, it is likely to contain less healthy vegetable oils. It is also important to include seasonal fruits and vegetables in the diet in their “original” form, especially apples, potatoes, carrots, etc. Without serious harm to your health, you can only give up “overseas” treats, including pineapples and mangoes. You also cannot save on cheese and sweets.
