The first place was taken by oatmeal, rich in fiber, vitamins and long carbohydrates. But not everything is so simple.
Experts from the National Research Center “Healthy Nutrition” told us which breakfasts are the most useful. Many studies show that breakfast is an important part of the diet – those who skip breakfast tend to overeat during the day. In addition, breakfast helps support the metabolism and digestion process.
It is best to cook porridge on water, without adding sugar. Fresh fruit or nuts are great with porridge, you can add a little honey.
Fruits came in second place. They can be used to make salads or eaten whole. Fruits help provide the body with nutrients and fiber. However, with some diseases, it is not recommended to eat fruit on an empty stomach, so this breakfast is not suitable for everyone.
The third place went to protein breakfasts. These can be dishes made from fish, white meat, eggs, and legumes.
