Experts named five bad habits that destroy the brain

Chronic loneliness

The wrong foods

The lack of vegetables and fruits in the diet has a bad effect on brain health. Some studies show that people who consume more phytonutrients called flavonoids have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. These foods include berries, leafy green vegetables, citrus fruits, tea, and dark chocolate.

Lack of Purpose

Purposive people are 2.4 times more likely to develop Alzheimer's times lower than in people who simply “go with the flow” – this is evidenced by the results of one of the recent studies by scientists. Other studies show that learning, volunteering, and mentoring are effective ways to improve brain health.
