radishes . In addition to useful fiber and carbohydrates, radishes are full of minerals: it contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron. Mustard oil, which is responsible for the characteristic severity of radish, has an antibacterial effect, contributing to the death of dangerous pathogens in the gastrointestinal tract. Scientists note that radishes can increase the level of useful and necessary vitamins in the body. For this reason, radishes are very useful for people with disorders such as low hemoglobin (anemia), high blood sugar, weakness and fatigue.
