Experts named the rules that will help “not to break” from the diet

It is not difficult to go on a diet: the main thing is not to get off track at the end of the first day.
1. Define a diet plan
When you start to consciously approach your diet, you plan the menu every day in advance: when you come home from work, you already know what you will cook for dinner. Otherwise, you might snap and eat the first thing you can get your hands on.
2. Don't go to the store without a grocery list
Try to write down everything, right down to seasonings and salad dressing. So you won't buy too much. And be sure to have a snack before shopping for groceries so you don't look at the store shelves with hungry eyes.
3. Soberly assess your eating habits
When starting to lose weight, many people drastically change their diet, completely excluding carbohydrates and sweets. Not only is it not very useful for the body, it is also harmful to mental health. If you know that you cannot live without sweets, find and buy the most healthy alternative: for example, dried fruits, fruits or nuts.
4. Don't buy too many fruits and vegetables
How come they are some of the healthiest foods? It's all about the expiration date: try to buy as many vegetables and fruits as you can eat in one week – otherwise you will be faced with a choice: throw away the product or urgently finish the perishable fruits, exceeding the calorie limit.
How to find your diet
Having chosen a suitable diet, in your opinion, try to assess whether you will be able to stay in this mode for at least a few weeks? If this food system is not close to you, then you are more likely to break the diet.
Each diet is aimed at creating a calorie deficit, you just need to choose the most acceptable set of products and the diet that suits you. Assess your eating habits and focus on them.
