Studies conducted at the University of California in 2011 proved that tea significantly impairs the body's absorption of iron that enters the body with food. If you regularly drink tea with meals, the risk of developing iron deficiency increases, which can lead to unpleasant consequences: deterioration of the condition of the skin, hair, lethargy and impaired cognitive abilities.
In general, if you do not want to completely give up drinking tea, you should not do this. If you do not abuse it, do not exceed the brewing time and do not drink it during meals, then it will only benefit the body.
