Filling dough on sour cream for a filling pie with any filling

Quick, simple, affordable – for the tastiest baking! Kneading sour cream pie dough is absolutely easy! All you have to do is combine and mix all the ingredients. And absolutely any filling is suitable – from vegetables, fruits or meat. A pie made from this dough will conquer you once and for all!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Wheat flour – 150 g
  • Soda – 5 g
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

First, prepare all the ingredients. It is better if sour cream and eggs are at room temperature. To do this, you need to take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

Another way is to hold the eggs in a bowl of warm water for 10-15 minutes. It will be much easier and faster to beat them.

A deep bowl is suitable for mixing the ingredients. Break the eggs into a bowl, then mix and beat them with a whisk or fork.

Add sour cream, mix well.

Pour soda and salt. Before adding the flour, sift it to saturate it with oxygen. This will make the dough airy and tender. Add flour to the base for the dough.

Stir the dough with a whisk, it should become smooth, homogeneous, without lumps. When kneading the dough, focus on its consistency, remember that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe.

The consistency of the dough is quite thick and resembles sour cream. You can use fried cabbage, apples, fresh or fried mushrooms, fish, greens or other products as a pie filling.

Pour half of the dough into an oiled mold. Add the filling in an even layer on top. Then pour the remaining dough. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cake until done.
