Five foods that seem healthy but are actually bad for your health

If If you're constantly having stomach problems or can't lose weight, chances are it's the foods you're eating. Some of them only seem “healthy”, but in fact they can harm you.
Here are five foods you should not buy at the supermarket, even if they are on the “healthy food” shelf.
Low-fat yogurt.The fact is that vitamins A and D disappear along with fat in many such products, and starch and sugar are often added to them. Therefore, it is better to buy less dairy products, but these products will be of higher quality than to choose low-fat ones.
Fruit juice. You should not drink a lot of it every day. The head trainer of the fitness center, Tereza Kompankova, recommends to eat fruits in solid form and to avoid smoothies. In addition, when buying nectars and juices, you need to carefully look at the label: these drinks usually contain a lot of sugar. The same goes for 100 percent store-bought juices.
Agave syrup. It definitely cannot be called either dietary or healthy. This syrup contains 75% fructose, and if there is too much of it, it can cause digestive problems. If you use this syrup for a long time, it can lead to belly fat, liver problems, and metabolic syndrome.
Salad dressing. Many of these dressings are high in calories, and also contain added sugars, flavorings, and flavor enhancers. Nutrition expert Vera Bureshova recommends using cold-pressed oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs or homemade yogurt sauce as salad dressing.
Baked muesli. Such cereals have too much sugar. Also, baked muesli is an industrially processed product. Instead, it is better to buy oatmeal and add cinnamon, banana or them with a piece of chocolate that contains a lot of cocoa. An excellent choice, according to fitness trainer Tereza Kompankova, would be homemade granola.
