Hydration. First thing in the morning you should drink some water. This will keep your metabolism, cells, cognitive and general physical abilities working well.
Movement. Spend just a few minutes doing light stretching and gymnastics. This will relax your joints, improve blood circulation, and get your brain working.
Enjoy the sun. Sunlight improves mood and is generally extremely important for maintaining a healthy circadian rhythm. Thanks to this, you will sleep better at night and feel more energetic during the day.
Foam rollers. They allow you to relax your muscles. This will allow your muscles and joints to move freely. According to scientific studies, you will also experience less pain and improve the flexibility and mobility of your joints. Spend a few minutes every morning on large muscle groups.
Healthy breakfast. Instead of sugary cereal or baked goods, make yourself a breakfast consisting of protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates. An example of such a breakfast is Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey or scrambled eggs with vegetables and avocado.
