People from 19 to 64 years old need to devote at least two hours a week to strength training, involving all muscle groups.
The second bad habit is constant wearing of comfortable shoes. According to doctors, it is not very good for the legs, as it leads to their weakness. Comfortable shoes can cause a loss of sensory stimulation that the body simply needs to maintain posture and balance. According to experts, you can eliminate the problem by walking for 30 minutes a day barefoot.
No less problems can be caused by the habit of drinking water when thirsty. Doctors recommend replenishing fluid reserves in the body without waiting for an irresistible desire to drink water. Thirst indicates that the body is already dehydrated, which threatens the emergence of a number of health problems, including hypertension and oncology.
Enjoying the sunlight is an equally dangerous habit. Doctors recommend avoiding the sun during the day, but go outside in the morning and evening. Such walks should not last more than 30 minutes. In addition, these procedures improve the quality of sleep, which is very important for the health of every person.
Another healthy but dangerous habit is eating nutritional bars. They do more harm than good because they contain sugar. It reacts with protein. As a result, glycation products are produced, which stimulate the appearance of wrinkles. Moreover, they can approximate such diseases as Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis.
