You can do five small things every morning, but they will help you lose weight more easily.

Tense your body and brain. Spend just 5-10 minutes in the morning practicing mindfulness and stretching. This will help you prepare your body for the next day.

Drink tea or water with lemon. Water with lemon will help to “wake up” your digestive system. The same goes for lemon or ginger tea.

Start your day with breakfast. It is best to eat foods that are high in protein and fiber. This will help you eat less throughout the day and feel fuller for longer.

Do exercises. This will allow you to accelerate fat burning. Cardio on an empty stomach before breakfast will be especially useful in this regard. At the same time, if you are going to build muscle mass, it is better to train later.
