For Gut Health: One of the Best Eating Habits Discovered

Avoid irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is possible if you follow the diet. Some foods are known to help protect against this condition, while others put the gut at increased risk.

However, it has recently been discovered that another factor is crucial – eating schedule. In a study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, scientists compared data on the eating habits of approximately 4,600 adults in Iran with data on IBS prevalence and symptom severity.

As a result, they found that those , who followed a consistent eating pattern, had a lower chance of encountering IBS. At the same time, even if the disorder was observed, the symptoms were less serious.
