A review of 45 scientific studies confirmed that regular consumption of fermented foods also improves memory and slows cognitive decline. Doctor Naidu recommended including natural yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi (Korean cabbage) and kombucha (tea mushroom) in the diet.
Dark chocolate
