Found a simple way to wake up happy every morning

A good mood from the very morning, as it turned out, can be programmed. One simple action is enough.

It would be good to wake up every day, like in the advertisement: smiling, sweetly stretching and squinting from the sunlight. But not everyone is pampered by the sun in the morning, but you still want to be cheerful and happy. Fortunately, psychologists have found an easy way to achieve this.

Harvard psychologist Nancy Etkoff conducted a six-month study on how the presence of flowers in the home affects a person's mood.

It turned out that bouquets seriously improve the mood from the morning and are able to alleviate fatigue at the end of the working day.

Flowers placed around the house minimize the feeling of anxiety and stress – these are the two main factors that affect the quality of sleep.< /p>

A person who had a good night's sleep wakes up much happier than one who did not get enough sleep.

It is good if the bouquet is right on the nightstand by the bed as an incentive to raise the mood.

But, of course, for cheerfulness and a feeling of happiness, flowers alone are not enough. Researchers also recommend leading an active lifestyle and consuming enough vegetables and fruits with a high content of vitamin C.
