Four harmful foods that many mistakenly consider healthy
0
Daily diet affects both weight and health. Popular nutritionists constantly remind about the importance of proper nutrition, but at the same time they label healthy foods that are actually harmful. It is obvious that chips and similar fast food can easily be categorized as not the healthiest food, but at least four other harmful products that have long and successfully pretended to be useful should be sent here.
Fruit juices >
Fruit juices are considered healthy only because they are made from natural fruits. They really have a lot of vitamins, but fiber (with the exception of juices with pulp) is minimal, and fructose is absorbed very quickly. This can lead to a constant feeling of hunger and, as a result, overeating.
Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil contains a large amount of omega-6 fatty acids. Their excess will negatively affect the body as a whole. When heated repeatedly, it releases more aldehydes than other oils, this is stated in the article by nutritionists.
Sports drinks
Many people choose sports drinks as an alternative to sweet soda. They were created for athletes, they have electrolytes and a huge amount of sugar for quick energy. For a person who is not currently involved in sports, all this will be superfluous. Therefore, you should not choose them simply to quench your thirst or as a healthier alternative to soda.
Corn with milk
Corn with milk is also often positioned by marketers as a quick and healthy breakfast. This statement is dubious: flour, sugar, oils and various food additives in the corn flakes themselves will at least not contribute to weight loss. In addition, due to the high sugar content in corn flour (it has a high glycemic index of 70 units), after such a breakfast you will quickly feel hungry.
