Four hygiene habits that are making you sick

Mike Boyle, Director of Medical Content and Education at Ro, a certified nutrition coach, and a certified personal trainer, listed four habits that can even make you sick. And all these habits are related to hygiene.

You don't wash your hands. This is one of the easiest ways to get infected without even realizing it. The danger is not the germs on your hands, but what you touch with dirty hands. Germs can easily enter the body through the inside of the nose, mouth, and eyelids. It is also dangerous to touch your face.

You don't wash all parts of your body in the shower. When taking a shower, you need to wash your armpits, the area under your breasts, around your groin, in the buttock fold, and other places where there are skin folds.

You don't brush your teeth. In addition to your toothbrush, you need to use dental floss. This is because even with good brushing, there is a possibility that food particles will remain between your teeth. As a result, all this can lead to cavities and other oral diseases.

You wash your face too often. It is important not to wash your face more than two or three times a day. If you wash your face with a cleanser too often, you can strip your skin of the substances that it naturally secretes. Sometimes this can cause the same problems as not washing enough and worsen acne.
