Four mistakes that often occur when taking a shower

It seems that there is nothing simpler, than to wash, but many people make similar mistakes when taking a shower.
Your water is not the right temperature. Do you have dry and itchy skin? Too hot a shower can be to blame for everything – its consequence may well be eczema (especially if a person is not in the habit of using a body moisturizer after washing).
Shower gel is too aggressive. You may love the smell of your shower gel, but scented cleansers often contain harsh chemical ingredients that can damage your skin. In particular, natural fats are removed from its surface, which makes the skin more vulnerable to hot water and other environmental aggressors.
You use too much gel or soap. The only areas of the body that really should be washed with soap, there are armpits and groin. For the rest of your body, just water is enough – even after a sweaty workout.
You don't clean your razor. Razors pick up bacteria from your skin that multiply when left in a humid bathroom. This is why you should always rinse your razor with boiling water before shaving – neglecting this rule increases the risk of accidental inflammation and infection.
