Four types of drinks lead to accelerated external aging

Be be careful what you drink, as some drinks can make your skin age much faster.
With age, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain the freshness and smoothness of the skin – external aging can be accelerated by working conditions, stress, sleep patterns, and improper diet. Saturated fats, large doses of sugar and refined carbohydrates, and a large number of preservatives worsen the condition of the skin.
In addition, the consumption of some supposedly drinks contributes to accelerated external aging.
Carbohydrates.According to experts, they are one of the worst types of drinks for skin health, especially if consumed in large quantities or frequently. Sodas are loaded with sugar and artificial sweeteners: both of which can contribute to premature aging, increasing the risk of arthritis, high cholesterol, and heart disease.
Processed juices. They don't contain any fruit pulp and lack the fiber that stimulates the beneficial gut flora, which is essential for youthful skin.
In turn, their high sugar and preservatives can make you look older than you are.
Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages, including “harmless” wine and beer, can also contribute to premature aging when consumed in excess. This type of drink is a real enemy and destroyer of collagen – a protein that provides the skin with elasticity, smoothness, and the absence of deep wrinkles.
Artificially sweetened drinks. You may not know that you are harming your skin by consuming too many artificial sweeteners, but it is. A lot of data confirms their negative impact on intestinal health, its microflora. Much depends on the balance of intestinal bacteria, including the condition of the skin.
