Fragrant pumpkin cheese for breakfast

We take:

  • 500 g of sour milk cheese
  • 1 yolk
  • 250 g of pumpkin puree
  • 3 pc. Manches

  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • taste

mix sour milk cheese, yolk, salt, semolina. Grind all the ingredients with a blender. Add pumpkin puree, it can be prepared in advance: boiling the pumpkin or baking in the oven. Leave the dough for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Form balls, and then washer with a glass. Fry on a frying pan without oil under the lid. Serve with honey or sour cream.
