French fries can be prepared healthy, without oil and deep-frying
When they talk about french fries, you immediately hear about their harmfulness. Let's look at it objectively. French fries fried in oil are very tasty. Sometimes you can pamper yourself with it. If you would like to taste it more often, then make it according to this recipe and you will be happy.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- potatoes — 4 pcs.;
- smoked paprika — 1 tsp;
- salt — 0.5 tsp;
- garlic powder — 1 tsp;
- oregano – 1 tsp;
- thyme – 0.5 tsp;
- black pepper – 0, 25 tsp;
- ground red pepper – 1/8 tsp
How to cook
Potatoes do not need to be peeled . Wash it and boil it. Add salt to the water and boil for 5 minutes. Then cool it and cut it.
Place the potatoes in a bag. Add all the specified spices to it. You can drip a little bit of oil so that it sticks better to the potatoes. Carefully mix everything in the bag, and then put it in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. Turn it over once so that it browns evenly. Delicious!
