Giving up sweets can extend life by 10 years

In case of refusal of a sweet person dramatically increases his chances of a longer life expectancy – this was informed by nutritionist Mykhailo Ginzburg.
Answering the question of what can give a person the refusal of foods and drinks with added sugar, the nutritionist noted: it can prolong him life.
“If a person gives up sweet foods, he risks living 10-15 years longer,” said Mykhailo Ginzburg.
The doctor emphasized that the passion for sugar-replacing foods and their consumption on a daily basis (especially in large quantities) is associated with many health problems. Ginsburg explained that sugar, which is constantly entering the body, can lead to metabolic disorders, which, in turn, is closely related to the development of age-related diseases: for example, hypertension.
The nutritionist advised to use sweets as sweets fruits, although it is important not to abuse even them. The doctor is convinced: if you give up sweets in the diet containing sugar, using only moderate portions of fruits and dried fruits, this will contribute to slowing down the processes of aging of the body and diseases of aging associated with inflammation.
