Doctor Daryna Demikhova told how goat milk is useful, and when it is better to refrain from using it.

According to the expert, goat milk has a high protein content, but it does not contain enough vitamin B12, which is necessary for blood formation, and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are important for brain development.

However, this type of milk can be digested more easily and therefore it is permissible to consider it as an alternative to cow's milk, especially if there is an allergic reaction to the latter.

At the same time, it should be taken into account that milk based on a goat product does not guarantee a reduction in the risk of developing allergies In addition, it is better to refuse its use by young children.
