Grandma's panna cotta: the new will often forget the old

Milk desserts are enjoyed by children and adults . It was and is now. But it is better to call a milk dessert by a foreign word “panacotta” than by your grandmother's word – “milk jelly”. We offer to prepare just such a dessert, according to a recipe from an old notebook.

To prepare this delicacy, the following ingredients are needed:
- Milk – 0, 5 l
- Starch – 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg (yolk) – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter – 20 g
Stir starch in a glass of cold milk. Grind the yolk with sugar.
Then bring the rest of the milk (300 g) to a boil and pour in a thin stream of the milk and starch mixture, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Then add sugar with yolk and butter. Mix thoroughly and pour into bowls or silicone molds. When the jelly hardens, you can decorate the top with fruit, chocolate, mint or lavender. What is not a modern panna cotta?
