To begin with, the fruits must be thoroughly washed and then ground. For this, any method is suitable for you, for example, using a juicer, crushing the grapes with your hands or using a colander and a press to prepare the puree.
After that, strain the mixture into a saucepan to get rid of the grape skin, the remaining seeds and other garbage.
Send the pot with fresh juice to the fire and wait until it boils.
Let the liquid boil for 3-5 minutes, then pour the juice into pre-sterilized jars. It should be done using a finer sieve than the one used the first time.
Close the jars filled to the top with lids and you can send them to storage after they have cooled.
