Green tomatoes in adjika: the perfect autumn recipe

The end of September – by window Frosts may come soon. It is time to save the green tomatoes that are unlikely to reach. But you can make a salad from them.

To prepare it, take: 4 kg of green tomatoes and 1 bunch each of dill and parsley.
For adjika: 0.5 kg sweet pepper, 0.5 kg of red tomatoes, 2 small heads of garlic, red hot pepper (to your taste), 150 g of salt, 100 ml of oil, 2 Art. l of vinegar, 50 g of suneli hops.
Pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder.
Wash the green tomatoes, cut them into two or four parts (depending on the size).
Mix with adjika, oil, vinegar.
Simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat. Add the chopped greens and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Place hot in sterilized jars and twist. Wrap and leave to cool. Green tomatoes in adjika taste great with meat and potatoes!
