  • kefir – 100 g;
  • curry – 1 tsp. ;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • pepper.

  • tomato paste – 1 tablespoon;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp;
  • hot sauce – 1 tsp;

You need to mix everything together and put the meat in the marinade. Regarding the hot sauce. You can use anything that contains chili. It will be spicy and hot, but very tasty.
