Smoking should be considered the first main enemy of blood vessels. This process provokes their compression, as a result of which blood circulation is disturbed. For people suffering from diabetes, the professor recommends constantly monitoring the level of sugar in the blood.
Otherwise, it will begin to actively destroy the inner walls of blood vessels. The third enemy of the circulatory system is cholesterol. It makes the arteries brittle, thus increasing the risk of plaque formation.
Vessels are also destroyed by high blood pressure. In some cases, strong blood flow can contribute to the fact that they simply break.
To keep the circulatory system healthy, the doctor recommends introducing various vegetables and fruits into the diet. It is extremely important to also eat foods rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Active recreation in nature should be arranged as often as possible, including walking and jogging.
