Healthy and tasty salad from Beijing cabbage with chicken

Healthy, tasty and simply. Without adding mayonnaise! Beijing cabbage salad with chicken is very easy to prepare. It will become one of the favorites for those who follow the figure. In it, meat is perfectly combined with vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage – 150 g
  • Chicken fillet – 200 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt, spices to taste

Preparation:

Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless chicken. An excellent option would be chicken fillet or leg meat. Choose the cheese to your taste, the main thing is that it is well grated and tasty.

Rub the chicken with salt and spices. Brush with olive oil. Leave the meat to marinate for a while. 20-30 minutes will be enough.

Then put the meat on a hot pan and fry on all sides for about 10-12 minutes. During frying, the meat will be covered with an appetizing crust. Remove the finished chicken from the heat and leave to cool.

Remove the top leaves from the Chinese cabbage. Then thinly slice the cabbage and put it in a large bowl.

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut each tomato in half and remove the stem. Cut the tomatoes into large slices and put them in a bowl with the Chinese cabbage. tAdd finely chopped fresh herbs.

Cut the cooled chicken into slices and add to the salad.

Then add the cheese, grated on graters.

Dress the salad with olive oil. Add salt and spices (ground pepper, dried basil, etc.) to taste. Mix all the ingredients. Transfer the salad to a suitable salad bowl and serve.
