“Due to its high acidity, consuming large amounts of apple cider vinegar can not only damage your teeth, but also cause an upset stomach and throat. As with lemon water, high acid levels can cause tooth enamel erosion. And without this protective layer, your teeth are at risk of decay and permanent staining.”
Before trying apple cider vinegar, think about whether it's worth putting the color and overall condition of your teeth at risk.
In recent years, more and more people have resorted to juice cleansing, but it can do more harm than good. Our teeth are designed to chew starches and turn them into saliva before we swallow them. Considering that juicing directly allows sugar to build up and get stuck in the crevices of your teeth.
