Healthy pancakes made with whole grain flour

Whole grain pancakes are just as easy to make as regular thin ones, but they will be more beneficial for your diet. Try cooking according to this recipe – it will turn out the first time!

To prepare, take room temperature products, except for water:
- eggs – 6 pcs.
- milk – 1 l
- salt – 1.5 tsp.
- melted butter – 100 g
- sugar/substitute – 3-5 tbsp.
- whole grain flour – 450 g
- boiling water – 400 ml
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add flour, half of the milk, beat and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes. Whole grain flour takes longer to set than regular flour.
To avoid lumps, the flour should be whipped into the thickest possible mass, and the milk should be added gradually afterwards.
Pour in the second half of the milk and melted butter. Leave until the kettle boils. Pour in the boiling water, mix and start baking. Heat the pan well.
Grease the first time, then you can leave it off. Bake over medium heat.
