Hearty salad with Korean carrots and ham

A hearty dish with a bright taste. You will love the wonderful combination of ingredients and the ease of preparation.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Water – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Cucumber – 1 piece
  • Ham – 150 g
  • Korean carrots – 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

Preparation:

  1. With a fork or whisk, beat the eggs with salt and 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Grease a heated frying pan with oil and pour a third of the eggs into it. Rotate the pan so that the mass covers the entire bottom with a thin layer. Fry the pancake on both sides.
  3. Prepare the other pancakes in the same way. Cool them.
  4. Cut the cucumber and ham into strips. Roll the pancakes and cut them crosswise into pieces.
  5. Add carrots, salt and mayonnaise and mix the salad.
