Hearty salad with Korean carrots and ham

A hearty dish with a bright taste. You will love the wonderful combination of ingredients and the ease of preparation.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Water – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
- Cucumber – 1 piece
- Ham – 150 g
- Korean carrots – 150 g
- Mayonnaise – to taste
Preparation:
- With a fork or whisk, beat the eggs with salt and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Grease a heated frying pan with oil and pour a third of the eggs into it. Rotate the pan so that the mass covers the entire bottom with a thin layer. Fry the pancake on both sides.
- Prepare the other pancakes in the same way. Cool them.
- Cut the cucumber and ham into strips. Roll the pancakes and cut them crosswise into pieces.
- Add carrots, salt and mayonnaise and mix the salad.
