How to plant
The hedge should be dense and keep its shape well. Cotoneaster brilliant will cope with this task perfectly. The bush can reach a height and width of 2-3 m, so there will be enough material to form a fence.
To create a hedge, you need to follow the planting scheme suggested by gardeners:
- row width – 25 cm;
- plant 9 seedlings per 1 m;
- plant in a checkerboard pattern.
As the bushes grow, they will create a solid wall. This will look dense, neat and stylish. Caring for cotoneaster will also not be a problem. It grows on any cultivated soil, because it is undemanding.
