Here are the five most common cancer symptoms that people ignore

Cancer formations can have various symptoms. Most often, people do not perceive many of them as warning signs of danger. Doctors note that regular examinations can significantly increase the chances of noticing the disease at earlier stages of development.
Cancer symptoms often include completely harmless manifestations. That is why many cancer patients do not take them seriously.
Constant cough
A cough is usually associated with a cold or flu. However, anyone who has a persistent cough should have a more detailed evaluation. “In most cases, a cough does not mean cancer. But a persistent cough needs to be investigated to see if it's lung cancer,” explained Teresa Bartholomew of the Cancer Prevention Center.
Persistent heartburn
Heartburn can have many causes: for example, excessive stress or a diet that contains too much fat and sugar. If symptoms appear from time to time, there is nothing to worry about. But persistent heartburn can be a sign of throat or larynx cancer.
Itchy skin
The danger that moles can represent is often underestimated: a mole can turn into malignant melanoma – skin cancer. Signs of this: persistent itching or burning in the affected area of the spot. If a person notices these symptoms, doctors recommend visiting a dermatologist.
Blood in the stool
Blood in the stool can have many causes, and most of them indicate more benign diseases than cancer: Some of the main causes are hemorrhoids or small tears in the mucous membrane. Experts strongly recommend annual visits to a proctologist starting at age 50.
Lymph node enlargement
Persistently enlarged, painless lymph nodes may indicate lymph node cancer. Especially if this painless swelling lasts a long time and does not go away. A medical examination is recommended.
Modern medicine can promise high rates of treatment for most types of cancer. But there are some types of tumors that resist any therapy: they grow quickly and aggressively. In such cases, early diagnosis is especially important.
