High blood pressure cannot be ignored because it can cause dangerous complications for a person.
Blood pressure is defined as the force exerted on organs and blood vessels when blood is pumped around the body by the heart.
< p>“Blood pressure readings between 120 over 80 and 140 over 90 could mean you are at risk of developing high blood pressure if you don't take steps to keep it under control,” the NHS said.
Specialists from the British Heart Foundation (BHF) say that high blood pressure rarely has noticeable symptoms, although there are some signs that can still be noticed. One of the key symptoms of high blood pressure is blurred vision, doctors state.
Other possible symptoms include
- nosebleeds,
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- headache.

Experts of the foundation stress that these symptoms cannot be ignored. They also point out that many people with high blood pressure can feel quite well. To detect a problem, adults should regularly check their blood pressure, regardless of how they feel.
