Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
- salt to taste
Preparation:
From the sifted flour, form a hill with a hole in the middle. Add the egg and salt. Mix everything carefully with a fork, stirring in the flour from the edges. You should have a tight, elastic dough, knead for 10 minutes.
If the dough is too dry, you can add a little water, if it is too liquid or sticky to your hands, add flour.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. After that, dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut the dough with a knife into thin strips 5-7 mm wide. The noodles are ready. Cook them in the broth for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
