Homemade three-layer jelly, like in childhood

Do you remember the taste of jelly with childhood? Not colored from bags, but natural (from sour cream and juice). Prepare a dessert recipe that will take you back to carefree times. It is tasty and useful, because the composition is under your control. Cooking is very simple.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of sour cream
- 0.5 liters of cherry juice
- 4 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
- A pinch of vanillin
- 1 glass of water
- 2 packets of instant gelatin (25 g each)
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa

Gelatin: soak one package of gelatin in a glass of warm water for 10-15 minutes until it swells.
The first layer — sour cream: mix 0.5 l of sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin dissolved in water. Pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until it hardens.
The second layer is chocolate: mix sour cream with cocoa and add the second packet of gelatin. Pour over the first layer and refrigerate.
The third layer is berry: heat cherry juice with sugar and mix with gelatin. Pour over the hardened chocolate layer. Leave in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
