Homemade vegetable chips that crunch like they came from a pack

Is is it true that a healthy snack can also be tasty? Yes, if it's veggie chips. They are crunchy, bright and perfect for those who want to avoid unhealthy snacks.
Ingredients:
- beetroot – 1 pc;

- carrot – 1 pc.;
- potato – 2 pc.;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt, paprika, dried garlic – to taste.
Vegetables are cut into thin slices – it is best to use a vegetable cutter so that the pieces are the same. After slicing, they are washed in cold water to get rid of excess starch, and thoroughly dried.
The circles are mixed with olive oil and spices, laid out on a baking sheet in one layer. It is better to bake the chips in an oven heated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
To get a uniform crispness, the slices should be turned over halfway through the time. Ready-made chips are light and aromatic, and most importantly – without harmful impurities.
