Honey cake in a pan without any hassle
and then baking them. But you can replace this process with a much simpler and easier one. You only need to pour the prepared mixture on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.
Ingredients for making a small cake:
- Honey – 200 g li>
- Sugar – 40 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Sour cream – 70 g
- Soda 1.5 tsp
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Salt – a pinch
- Flour – 150 g
- Sour cream – 500 g
- Icing sugar (or sugar) – 100 g
Pour sugar into a pan with a thick bottom, add honey and butter. Stir and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the mixture takes on a caramel hue. Add sour cream and soda (there is no need to extinguish with vinegar). When it cools down, add salt, egg. Gradually add the flour. The dough should come out like fritters.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and pour part of the prepared mixture in a thin layer of -0.5 cm. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes. The dough is thin, so during this time it will acquire a pleasant caramel shade.
Take out the baked soft cakes and immediately separate the parchment. Cut each cake in half, and when it cools down, brush it with sour cream. If you like a tall honey cake, then put the cakes one on top of the other so that the result is a cake of 8 cakes. But it looks beautiful even in a small one – from 4 cakes.
A tender, saturated, caramel-flavored dessert – and all this without much trouble!
