Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g honey
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp. spoon baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
Beat the eggs with honey until fluffy, gradually adding milk. Honey is known for its ability to retain moisture, so the cake will be tender and will not get stale for a long time. Sift the flour with baking powder and cinnamon to avoid lumps, and then carefully fold it into the mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
To make the cake especially fragrant, add room temperature honey without heating it.
