Horseradish sauce in 5 minutes for meat dishes or dumplings

Moderately spicy and pleasant to the taste – horseradish sauce has a distinct taste and aroma. Freeze horseradish in season so that you can cook it at any time. Meat dishes go harmoniously with the aromatic sauce. Fish and jellied meat will also sparkle with other flavors with this addition.
Ingredients for the sauce
- horseradish — 100 g;
- mayonnaise — 300 ml;
- sugar — 10 g;
- salt — 5 g;
- black pepper;
- lemon juice — 20 ml.
How to cook
The recipe and cooking process are very simple, so you won't need any special culinary skills. The work begins with cleaning the horseradish and turning it into a mushy consistency. Combine the resulting aromatic mass with mayonnaise.
Add lemon juice, pepper, sugar and salt to the mayonnaise and horseradish mixture. Try it to your taste. You may want to add or adjust something for yourself. Done? Now pour the sauce into clean jars. This list of products makes 400 ml of sauce.
Store the sauce in the refrigerator or cold cellar. Shelf life is a maximum of 4 months.
