Hot vanilla banana cocktail

Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C will help you cope with colds and infections, B vitamins – with insomnia and stress. Vitamin E – will make your skin smooth and elastic and give you a good mood for the whole day. Bananas also contain potassium, which relieves muscle weakness and fatigue. Bananas can and should be eaten, so today we will prepare a hot banana cocktail that will fill you up and fill you with energy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • milk 250 ml
  • banana 1 pc.
  • chocolate chips 50-60%
  • vanilla sugar 1/4 tsp.
  • ground cinnamon for decoration

RECIPE:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sliced ​​banana.
  2. Put over moderate heat and bring to a boil, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat, add chocolate and let it dissolve.
  4. Add vanilla sugar and beat with a blender until foamy.
  5. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon or cinnamon sticks and… Enjoy!

A hot banana cocktail can be decorated differently by decorating the serving glass itself with a sugar rim or slices of banana, which must be cut in advance.
