- flour – 200 g;
- fermented milk cheese – 200 g;
- butter – 70 g;
- sugar – 50 g;
- baking powder – 1 tsp;
- egg – 1 pc.

How to cook
Cut the cooled butter into pieces. Rub with flour and baking powder. Add 20 ml of cream, egg and sugar, a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix, rub and collect the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film. Put in the freezer for an hour.
Mix sour milk cheese and cream. Add a little sugar. Now divide the cooled dough into two parts. Put one on a baking sheet, level it, put the filling. And rub the second half of the dough on top.
The cake is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for an hour. Delicious!
