Details
Lavender should be pruned first in the spring, and the second time after it has faded. Be sure to cut off all flower stalks that have bloomed.
When cutting, be sure to remove the 3 pairs of upper leaves. This is done for better formation of branches. To make it convenient to cut, the bush is tied into a bundle, and then cut at the desired height with sharp scissors.
You can use all the cut flowers to scent the premises. Cut off the inflorescences before they wilt. Then you can put a beautiful fragrant bouquet that will decorate the interior and drive away moths and mosquitoes from your home.
