How best to fry potatoes with meat: a proven recipe
Fried potatoes with meat is one of the tastiest dishes. It is not easy to prepare: pork or chicken give juice, so the potatoes start to stew. However, there is one proven method that will help correct this situation.
What products need to be prepared:
- 300 grams of meat (chicken or pork fillet);
- 5-6 potatoes;
- melted butter for frying;
- salt and spices at your discretion;
- 1 onion;

How to cook:
First we prepare our meat part. It is best to cut the meat into small pieces so that they can be fried evenly.
We melt the butter and cook the chicken until it is browned.
Then we add half rings of onion and chopped straws of potatoes.
Be careful not to burn anything, but it is better not to stir again, as it spoils the structure of the potatoes.
A few minutes before it is ready, add salt and spices as desired.
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs.
